Is there a chance for approval with expired FP

Our FP was done on 8\9\02 and the new case status system shows last updated on 8\13\02. So I think that means that they got our FP results.

If 15 months is the expiry time for an FP, our first FP is expired.

Can I expect an approval without getting notice for 2nd FP... There is no need for me to keep checking my status if I know it wont get approved without another FP.

Thoughts?

What is the gaurantee that the last update date was due to FP?

We had our 2nd FP done. According to FBI our FP info was already submitted to NSC on 04-20-2004, but not update in portfolios yet....
 
Just looking at the events

Our RD\ND is 6\9 and 6\16. So the update on 8\13 has to be what happened close to that time - FP on 8\9?
