Anyone in here who have answers on the following question for my niece

Does everyone get a 2nd interview ?

How do USCIS determine when one couple needs a 2nd interview?

I told her to just filed I-751 and submit the following , Lease with both names, Marraige certificate, joint Bank accts, Utitly bills I think thats about it . did I miss anything ?

This should be file 3 mths before condition card expires ?

Let me know anyone who been through this ,I saw in here some poeple get had 2nd interview , so I'm not sure if I'm gave her the correct info.

It really depends on the IO .

How do USCIS determine when one couple needs a 2nd interview?
When the first interview does not go well , or if the IO feels that he needs more information , he will schedule a 2nd interview .

It has to be filed 90 days prior to the exp of the present EAD .
