I called in the morning and was told they can't look up to check the status or open an SR as their system is down.
Any one was told by when they will have it fixed?

Just got to speak and open and an SR.
********************Did you get any other info from that rep, I mean whether it is pre-adjudicated, or finger prints status .. etc. or you just open a SR.
Do you think opening a SR going to help a bit to our case.
