Is the TSC Phone system down?

Guys: Seems like the TSC phone system has been down for almost a month (I'm calling 1-800-375-5283). I get an automated message saying that there is a temp system problem, and they can't access the system.

Have anyone else been experiencing similar problem? or Should I be calling another phone number?

I have been hearing that message "temporary problem with our system" since last 4 months. I asked the customer service representative and they said Oh we will update that, but in reality they never did. It is still the same even today.

Hey Shamal: thanks for the clarification. So do you continue with the options even after you get the 'system down' message? How do you get to talk to the Customer Service Reps?
