Is the Law Offices Of Rajiv S. Khanna a 1 man firm?

I don't think that this is an immigration issue though. There are a lot of non profit organizations that help people with debt issues, and it would be a good idea for you to contact them.
 
I have no problem of paying up the debt but issue is I don't enough time, my OPT is ending very soon. I need a couple of years to pay it off like any other college students.
 
Do you currently have an offer from a company? If so, Rajiv, or any other competent immigration lawyer, should be able to help you get an H-1B since you are still in your OPT. However, no one can do much to help you get a work permit if you don't have a company that is willing to sponsor you, unless you are internationally recognized in your field.
