Is the INS opening mailed RFE?

Any idea?

RFE was mailed for my friend's wife on Nov 26th to the lawyer.

My Friend alreayd responded to the medical RFE.

Anyone has any idea if the RFE responses are opened by INS?

Does the Online status change after the receipt of RFE response?

my lawyer replied RFE on NOV 18th.
Till now INS did not opened the mail.

I am unlucky person. On the same date one of this forum member replied and online stauts got updated.
But mine is not updated.
