I have filed my AOS in April with ND 04/05/01., still not received my FP notice.

I am laid off by my previous employer and working using my EAD for another company

I am worried, if my previous company\'s attorney gets the FP notice whether he will forward to me or not.

Is the FP notice usually received by attorney or applicant ? or both ?

Can some one please answer this.

Thanks in advance.

Did you change the Employer before 180 days?

Did you change the Employer before 180 days by using the EAD? So, you dont have any relation with the Sponsoring Company? That is really a brave step! Can you assure me also the steps or the logic behind your action?

I have only 40 more days to complete 180 days

And I expect INS is not going to deny my case within this 40 days. Once I complete 180 days I will transfer my AOS to the new employer.

I am also getting pay stubs from the previous employer to complete my 180 day period.

My advise is if any one gets laid off, request the employer to pay the severance pay distributed over a period of time so that we can complete the 180 day period.
