My case was transferred from CA to Vermont and I received the transfer notice. The lawyer did not receive it in my case and I informed him about it. This was almost a year back.
Neither of us got any notification when my case was transferred from TSC to Atlanta ( ADO ) in Dec 2003. However, subsequent transfers of EAD/AP saw me getting a notification letter sporadically, about the transfer. In those cases the lawyer didn't get it either.
