Is that true? if H1 transfer is denied, my status is canceled.

I'm working company A with H1-B and I got the another Job at company B. so I'm thinking about H1 transfer.

I heard that If visa transfer is denied, my status(H1-B) is canceled immediately, eventhough I'm still working company A and getting a payment.

Is that true?

No not true. If you are working for company A with whom you have the current visa and an application to transfer H1 to company B is denied, then your original H1 is not cancelled. But if you are working for company B, then you need to apply for H1 immediately and maybe stop working for company B. Denial for a h1 transfers are rare.
