now is this conceder a traffic ticket? and when i apply for my Citizenship do i need to mention that ticket? but the thing is my name wasnt there and i wasnt the for the police officer to ask me my license, Oh 1 more thing the car it's not in my name its on my spouse name..

No, you don't need to mention the ticket on N400 because it is a non-moving violation. Remember it could have been anyone who parked the car in the wrong place; you, your spouse, friend, co-worker, thief, dog :D, etc.

If you have Parking ticket and traffic camera ticket, don't mention them on N-400.

Did the ticket have your name, your license on it? If it didn't have them then there is no need to metion the ticket on N400

Most parking tickets or traffic camera tickets don't have anyone's name, just license tag number.

If you don't pay fine, it will suspend your vehicle registration.

Actually it has to have a name...it has name of the person the vehicle its registered to. I know this because our company handles all automatic red light violations/parking tickets etc.

I said, "most", not all. I had a parking ticket (my gf parked my car but we forgot to pay parking meter) and it didn't have my name.

On N-400, you don't need to mention them because it can't identify who violated. So if the ticket is not paid, the registration will be suspended.
