Is taking care of my baby a valid reason for extension ?

I had a baby recently and my brother got married last month. I want to extend my parents visa to help take care of my baby. Can I give this as the reason for extension instead of the standard visiting the west coast. My parents have come to the US many times in the past so I'm not sure if they'll believe the sight-seeing reason. But some people told me not to give the baby as the reason or it might get rejected. Please advice.

Other than health, all other reasons may not buy you extension.
