Is RFE a sure thing for medical's done during pregnancy

All, Is an RFE always issued if the medical's were done when the wife was pregnant? Anyone out there with applicants/co-applicants pregnant when the first round of medicals are done and no RFE issued?
The reason I ask this question is that I have been issued an RFE, I am awaiting to receive the notice and dont know yet what the RFE is about, the web site says an RFE is issued. Will keep you posted about the details of my RFE

Don't worry we were in that situation. But didn't get RFE for not taking MMR shot for my wife. Approved on 09/30.
 
I'm on the same boat as pujar but good to know from 'bunchofquestion' that rfe was not issued.

I am at the same boat as your guys, don't know what the reference is, I guess probably is about the medical issure, since I was pregnant at that time.
 
Received RFE's in the mail at home

All, I got the RFE's in the mail today at my home address, online had said that it was sent out on October 5, 2004. The RFE for the principal applicant i..e.. my wife says that she needs (a) Medical examination since she was pregnant at the time and (b) Employment Letter. The RFE for me says that I need to submit a marriage certificate.
(a) Seems easy to respond, do we respond or do we have the attorneys respond?
(b) Marriage certificate, does that have to be original or a copy is enough. And does it need to be notarized?

I would still say that let your Attorney respond.

For second I think a copy is enough since If you have ever dialled customer service number and you have waited long enough (It announces in the message that whenever we ask for documents, send us a photocopy, if we need originals we will specifically ask for it).
