I have my labor filed from NJ june 2002 (non rir). Will retrogression & backlog reduction benefit me and how?
I have also filed one more labor on November 2004 (non rir) from maine just in case P.D remains current and i can file 1-40/485
and can get ead for me & my wife. I dont know what will work best for me but my 6 years are expiring on april 2005. I have already filed for extension. I am very much interested to know about my labor from nj bec i think it will benefit me (not sure). Pls post ur comments!!!!

--need more info:
on what date your LC was RECIEVED in NJ SESA or SWA I know it is June 2002
is this NJ LC under EB3?
are you citizen of India, China?
----- if the above is true and EB3 case then EB3 is going to retrogess for India, China, nobody at this time can inform you from what Month/date of 2002, you will come to know after december 15.
If your case is EB2 then at this time no problem

** regarding the LC filed in maine again it depends if it is EB3 or EB2
If you get any of your LC approved before december then you will be able to file I-140 and I-485 and it MUST reach USCIS Before December last date( you will know the last date in december) so that you become eligible for EAD, AP even if they dont approve I-485 for many months and we dont know for how many months it will take 2002 cases to become current
Prey that your LC gets approved and keep all the documents ready for I-140 filing and I-485 filing, contact your lawyer.
