Is photo requirement for I-131 different from I-485?

Is it correct that the photo requirement for I-131 (Advance Parole) is different from the one for I-485/I-765 ?

Photo instructions of I-485/I765 state:
Two 2*2 passport-style color photos. The photos should show a full-frontal facial position.

Photo instructions for I-131 (advance parole)
Two photos that show three-quarter frontal view of the right side of your face with your right year visible.

Photo requirements for all UCSIS forms are the same. You should use the 2x2 passport style. They no longer want the 3/4 view and any reference to that photo type is due to the forms instructions being out of date.
 
I would not have the same Photo for both I-485 and I-131, even if their at the same date...some people have went through the samething and got a RFE for another photo taken.

Also, don't worry on being picky on the picture, thats why you have Biometrics.
