Is person with BA LLB + Master in IP law eligible for H1B?

Hi All,

I am looking for H1B processing of my fiancee from India. She has a BA LLB degree and a Masters in Intellectual Property Law. She also has about 2 years of work experience. Is she eligible for H1B?

I already have a GC and can't think of any other ways to bring her to the US besides H1B :-( Please let me know you know anything in this regard.

Yes. If it is a ttorney job then she may need license other job like paralegal, interantion law advisor/consultant eligible to get an H1. Try to find a sponser first.
