is parents full name necessary on birth certificate??

in our bith certificate is it necessary to have our parents full name to be present, only their first names are there, is that sufficient for gc process? only we need to have our full name on it is it right, or.....? and in mothers name just one spelling is different' e' instead of 'a', from the passport spelling if all other things are ok expect this do we need a affidavit for this also???? advice please...

mine didnt have the fullname...we are from South so no last name was entered in birth cert for my parents- only the first names. I didnt have an issue ..my card was approved.

Both parents full name is needed. I just recieved an RFE for that ..

You will be asked to submit original copy or photocopy of original doc.. So whatever information birth certificate carrying will go to CIS. Modifying birth certificate even though full name is not required is not good idea.
