is packet 4 required for CR1 interview

Hi everyone!

I'm sorry to bother you all but i'm little confuse... Mostly all messages here are for CP interview and My case is CR1 so Packet 4 is require for my case or not?.. Also when do Consulate mail packet 4? and to whom do they mail, is it petitioner or beneficiary?.

packet 4 is required for all cp, including CR1.

the consulate will send the packet 4 aprox 1 month before the interview. and i think they'll send it to the agent which the beneficiary designated in form DS3032
