Is "over-year medical redo" true???

Dont Worry

This is not true. To the best of my knowledge I do not recall seeing anyone has ever received an RFE that their medicals are outdated

There are a bunch of people on this board whose only job is to sow seeds of confusion, hate, racism and be bigots.

It is appalling to read some of the posts and I wonder why some people even want to immigrate to this country (this great melting pot and welcoming land) when they only remember things that divide mankind rather than things that unite everyone. Such people will never succeed in life as they are tremendously insecure and non-secular.

The person who posted this originally always has dramatic e-mails, sensational headings and generally is always wrong.

This board is becoming difficult to come back to each time because voices or reason and decency have been overcome by reckless people.

I think we all should be thankfull to Rajesh Khanna for providing this service. Unfortunately people have started abusing this service and it will eventually get to a point that nobody will be able to rely on any postings that are made.

This is not a new rule

Medical report is valid only for one year , this is rule is very old.
INS will check date RD and medical report date , if it is more than one year old they will ask for a new medical.
Go this site http://www.shihab.net/empimm/I485sop.pdf (page 173)
This will explain how they process medical records.

LAYOFFBABA is trying to create all confusions....
