I am going for restamping ? I have visa stamped with my previous employer ?
----------- it does not matter if you have Visa through past employer visa stamp is just for entry to US. if you have valid I-94 attached with your H1 transfer approval then no need of new Visa stamp.if you want to go out and if Visa stamp with past comany name on it is still valid you CAN enter US and at POE show the valid visa stamp AND new H1 approval notice you will get I-94 till new H1 approval notice
