Hello,
I have just got my approval (I797) for H1-B. I was thinking about going to Canada next month, to get the I-94 from Point of Entry. I am PR of Canada. I like to know if i need to get a Visa from U.S Consulate in Toronto for H1-B. I really don't want to go this route. Please Help.
