I was working for a company A in USA on H-1B. It got extended for 3 more yrs. I got stamped the H1 of company A soon after I come to India and employed by company B in India since a year. Now company B is asking me to go onsite to USA on B1. My previous employer back in USA(Company A) as well asking me to come down to USA on H1 (which was extended a year ago and valid till August 2005 ).
Is there any way to re-validate(re-stamp) my H1 of company A and work for it later upon re-hired by them, after I visit USA on B1 thro company B?
