Is my gc conditional

My husband won DV lottery. Both of us got GC on the basis of lottery. He was the principal applicant. I was given GC being his wife. We have no children.

We were married to each other for about five years before we got our GC.

I belong to a country that is not allowed to participate in DV lottery, so it was only my husband because of whom I got my GC.

My question is that Is my GC conditional or not? Does Conditional GC looks different than the normal GC. The expirty date for my GC is ten years later. Is it written on the GC that it is conditional.

Most likely it's not conditional. To confirm this, look at the validity dates. If it's valid for 10 years, not not conditional. If it's valid for only 2 years (and it shouldn't be), then its conditional.

I can tell you right now, however, that its NOT conditional.

Conditional GCs are issued only when you claim eligibility due to marriage to a US citizen and the marriage is less than 3 years old. Doesn't look like this applies to you. The card will have a CR code for conditional residents.

100% unconditional. The category you got your GC in, has no concept of conditional/unconditional.
