Is my case still considered as a concurrent filing case ?

My I-485 was filed on Sept. 12, 2002 before the I-140 got approved on Sept. 25, 2002. Today I received the receipt notice for I-485 and ND is Oct. 22, 2002. Is my case still considered as a concurrent filing case ?
 
Take a look at the A# on both the cases. They have to be the same. They must have put the A# during the RD for I-485. This should match up with I-140 A#. What is your RD for I-485 ?

If A# on I-140 was given first and then transferred to your I-485 case, then it was not concurrent filing.

Otherwise it is.
