Is my assumption right ?
I and my wife received AP and EAD with no problems....Now does this mean we wont get
RFEs for 485 for 1) marriage certificate 2) Birth certificate documents
I am asking this cos I know someone had RFEs for marriage certificate in 485 stage ...
Moreover in my wifes case we had submitted BC NON AVAILABILITY CERTIFICATE from local muncipality.
For AP /EAD they need both the marriage certifcate / BC for proof of marriage and date of birth
on AP and EAD.....does this mean that the papers I /lawyers submitted were accepted and
were correct and I will not get RFE for these in 485 stage ??
