Multiple entry visa after I-140 approval

Hello,
Has anyone gone for a multiple entry visa to Juarez after getting their I-140 approval. Is there any potential problems with the same. I am currently on a H1-B (previously on F-1), and do not have a prior multiple entry stamp in my passport for the H-1. I am planning to go to Juarez. Any comments.
