Is Medical Examination a cause to not to get a Green Card?

Let's say a person is HIV positive working in a H1B visa in a big financial company. The Company offered to sponsor a Green Card ASAP. Is the medical condition a probelm to get the GC?
If someone on an H1B applies for a GC and this one is denied can he/she still keep the H1B with no problems?

No, GC cannot be denied based on medical condition, especialyy HIV. TB can be cause for delay.
