Is medical done all over again?

I am anticipating an RFE for my wife who did not get vaccination shots due to pregnancy. Do they ask for medical all over again or just the vaccination shots to be taken?

I think she has to take the vaccines/tests which are missed at the time last medicals. It is better to go the same doctor

medical RFE

I got a RFE cause my doctor missed out all the vaccinations. Later on I took the vaccinations shots. I didn't redo other tests. BTW you have to fill that vaccinations form with the date on it.
