Hi, I came to the US on an F1 visa a while ago. I graduated in December 05 and have been out of status since ( my I-20 expired Dec 17th). Anyways I am going back home by the end of January ( I had to take care of stuff here before I left), I wanted to know if it is possible for me to apply for a K1 visa through my boyfriend (an USC) or am I ineligible because I overstayed?
Is K1 possible?
