except july'02 RD approvals every thing else looks like moving why??? any reason behind it?????

Lot of cases that got approvals couple of months back from Aug/Sept/Oct are for the reason of FP expiry theory, I guess. VSC has approved a bunch of cases in those months just before FP1 expiration date.
For now VSC has stopped doing that, but for last week or so we are seeing lot of LUD changes for Jan '03 cases, for which FP1 expires this month.
By the way, July '02 cases got the FP2?. I've seen lots of Sep/Oct folks getting FP2.

Should I assume, that my FP1 expired? or still hope for an approval?

It looks like Philly has a big problem.

If 18 months have passed then they have expired. The text on my 2nd FP says (not a quote) "your fingerprint on file has expired and to process your case we need to do them again at no additional expense to you"
