Is it worth to use AC21 now ??

I am getting tired slowly after these many years.

I am working for GC sponsered company from past 6 years and also 6 years
in the same client location.

I don't know that i will get my GC in next 4-6 months or 1-2 years

Is it worth using AC21 now to get a hike around 40-60k
Or better wait till i get GC then move out for a hike ??

Any suggestions on this issue please

If i use AC21 my employer will try to revoke I140.
As per the rules even if he revoke my I140 my I485 should be fine.

But getting this hike of 40k - 60k will rise any RFE ?

After this hike i will be working in same place, same location and same project.

As per the rules even if he revoke my I140 my I485 should be fine.
------ you are ok USCIS officer is going approve I-485 according to AC21 Memo
But getting this hike of 40k - 60k will rise any RFE ?

------------------- New employer need to give you permanent job offer letter with same/similar skills then you need to invoke AC21
