I saw one post in this forum. One of the H1B victims is crying for original I-485 approval notice which is denied by his Attorney even though his passport stamped with courtesy copy of the I-485 approval. He wants the original I-485 for traveling to India.

Is it necessary for us to keep the original I-485 approval notice which normally goes to attorney for any reason like travel abroad or applying Citizenship in future etc…?

No you dont need original...

once it is stamped....you are done.....

For some of my colleagues INS collected the Original 485 when they went for stamping.
