Hi Johnny,
I didn't think we could write to the FBI anymore. Who exactly do we write to?
My husband didn't sign up for the selective service, he knew nothing about it,as an illigall alien when he arrive here when he was 19. Recieved Resident card at 27 now at 32 want to apply for citizenship what will he need to do when feeling out the form? What is his options.
Search for a recent BoatBod posting about selective Service and age 31. If his posting is correct, your husband should be good to go.
No, you don't need to wait to prove an establishment of residency in your state because you already filed the application before moving to this new place. Establishing a residency in a state comes in the picture only BEFOR filing N-400.
And since you have moved to this new location more than 6 months ago, then you can now start being proactive. Good luck.
That's what I thought. Do you or anyone have a template to write a letter to the FBI Director or the President / Vice President of the United States of America?
Who in the FBI does the letter need to be address to? Robert Mueller or the director of the NNCP program?
I would write to Robert Mueller because writing a letter to lower people wouldn't get the attention which is needed to get the result. But don't forget to write in the end of the letter that copy is being also forwarded to President of the United States of America as well, which certainly would get their attention; otherwise they might throw your letter somewhere in the garbage because even though you will write a letter addressed to Mr. Mueller, he won't read/get it; rather his secy will get it and would foward it to proper unit/person to take action.
see these for couple of letters which worked well:
