As I know, his I 140 approved around sept last week..Yes he applied for 485 in october 1st week or so. I will find the date and post it.
 
PIKLOO in Immitracker was a DEC 2000 ND case too

Gurus. There may be stray cases like that. I remember in May 2001 Immitracker showed one PIKLOO (Immitracker #1926) with DEC 2000 ND got his approval. As far as I know it is primarily August/September 2000 that VSC is processing at the moment. I am also a DEC 2000 ND case EAC-01-057-XXXXX and waiting.
