I\'m with H1B and my spouce with H4. We both applied H1B and H4 extension. Mine got approved and stamped from Dept.of State. In between we filed AOS for both. I got her H4 approval also. As per my lawyer that I can go and come inside the country as long as my H1B is valid but my spouce can\'t. Becasue She is in H4 visa.
What is the best way to deal with this?.
1. Should I applied AP and both can travel with AP or She can travel with AP and I can enter by my H1B?. Is there any risk?
