Is it true that we can apply for citizenship right after 485 approval? After reading the HELP ME PLS thread I found out that we can?! I'm confused. Anybody???

well you seem to read previously threads carefully.. There was a claim made by "Nanok" but s/he could never confirm that claim. Plus that thread had become popular and some members felt that Nanok was trying hard to keep that thread at the top of the charts.
An old timer "Gilbert" (some of you might remember him, was also moderator for a while but got frustrated when people fought too much online and left) also confirmed that there is no such thing to apply for Citizenship right after I-485 approval.
You can apply after 3 Years and 9 Months (if you are counting days..

because normally its 5 years after GC, now we can get one year back on the GC, so there are 4 years remain....
