Is it true that South dakota cases are being routed to Texas DOL . Can somebody please cofirm this. I applied from this state hoping to get labor quickly.

I called my attorney and he said that. When did you apply with SD SESA?

I see mixed opinions regarding South Dakota ..Could anyone please please please share their current experiences with South Dakota cases .. Are all the cases being really routed to Texas DOL or is it only a few..

Yes it 100% true.

It is absolutely true and my attorney confirmed today by calling South Dakota SESA that all the cases are being routed to TEXAS DOL.

How much time does SD SESA takes to clear?
