As we have not heard any lawyer say that they have heard that PDs will retrogress, so PDs should be current atleast for a few months out !! My guess is atleast till Sept \'02 (as per DOS earlier guidelines) ...There is good chance that they may remain current into the first half of 2003 too ...this is as per an article in immigratio-law.com which states that by the end of FY\'03, DOS is expecting very heavy backlogs !!!
