Is it true that if my LC and 140 is approved thru company A and i get 3 year H1B extension thru company A based on approved 140.......then i can switch to company B based on that extension and file a new LC with them keeping my priority date???
what happens if A substitute my 140 after i have filed a new labor with B? would my h1b(3 yr extension) be revoked????
if i file for a new GC with company B on my 7th year, i'll still be eligible to apply for further H1B extensions as i am applying before 365 day of my new 3yr extension??
