Is it true? Only LUD 8/16/2006 getting Approved?

I am happy to see all the approvals coming through for people at NSC and TSC. My question to yall is, are they all 8/16/2006 LUD people?
If that is the case then me is in a pretty bad shape.
Please shed some light.

may not be correct

I saw people with LUD 08/19/2006 getting approvals.My lud is also 19th. My PD is Jul 2003 and RD is March 2004. Close to your case. let see. hope for the best.
 
this is not true. someone decided to look at a few approval cases with 8/16/2006 as LUD and say that all/only cases with LUD 8/16/2006 are getting approved. It just happens there was some kind of system conversion so many people have this LUD.. If you read other posts, lot of ppl are getting approved with no LUD/other LUD..

I had lud 0n 8/19/06..May be its not correct to say 'ONLY'people with this lud are getting approval..but I saw a many who got approved had an lud of 8/19/06 including MYSELF... Approved yesterday..
So 08/19/06 LUD might increase your possibility of approval,..does not mean that you cannot get approved if you dont have that lud
 
bottom line is the line of thinking that the approval of 485 has something to do with particular LUD sounds difficult if not impossible..there are other more important criteria like RD/PD involved

I did not have any LUD on that date below is my details

I finally recieved the welcome email yesterday and the Card Production Ordered email today! Below are my details.

EB3-India
Priority Date -- > Don't Know (Some date in middle of 2003) Lot of RFEs (approx 3) to get Labor Certification.

I-140/I-485 RD: Sept 17th, 2004
I-140 AD: April 12, 2005
I-485 Transferred to NSC from CSC (Some time in March)
1-485 AD: 07/19/2007 Card Production Ordered on 07/20/2007

Just to give every one some insight. I called up NSC a 3 times in the last couple of months and everyone I talked to said that my case is not yet assigned to an officer. Infact, I had opened a Service Request on 06/20/2007 and I got a response from USCIS around 7/11/2007 that my case is pendiing additional background investigation. I called up NSC again to confirm on 7/16/2007 and was told that case is still not assigned to an officer, but is in "Transit". (Don't know what that means). But 2 days later I recieved the magic emails.


Now a request for help. My Mom's case has been stuck in Name check for 2 years now. Any ideas how to get things moving? She has a family based petition thru my brother who is a citizen. --> Would really appreciate some insight for this issue

Also, Good Luck to every one still awiating their approvals.

When i called NSC on Tuesday, i was told my case was in-transit too. Keep my finger crossed.
