Is it true -- H1B training fee elimination

According to these 2 links and an earlier discussion on this forum the H1B filing fee is reduced to $130 after eliminating the $1000 training fees.

I am confused, since my company filed for H1B after Oct.1 and I was still made to pay the full fees of $1130. The lawyer denied reports that the fee was reduced.

Also on other websites such as this one, the filing fee is still $1130.

Has anyone in this forum actually paid only $130 after Oct.1 for getting a H1B?

Please shed some light on this...
 
the fee is $130 and the link you posed have correct info. your lawyer is wrong ask your lawyer why he paid more? or he might have kept it with himself, you can also check the H1 filing reciept it may have noted on right side what fees BCIS collected
