Recently I responed RFE to Cleveland dist. office. RFE was for re-medical I-639.. Some one told me that new I693 report will go to Nebrasca and will be heard from NSC. My case is now at local office .

Is it true, that after case transffer to local office, and after interview, responded RFE is being sent to Nebrasca and then results. Please share your opinion. Thanks.

NO RESPONCE AT ALL..........???????????????????????.
 
I have heard it both ways..sometimes adjudicated at the local office and sometimes sent to the service center ... after 30 days you can try taking an infopass appnt with the local office and inquire.
