I transferred my H1B from company A to Company B in last July 2001. My I-94 in my H1B from company A is valid until September 2003. But, in company B, since I was working for 7 months contract, they requested my H1B only for 7 months which is just expired with the termination of my contract. Recently I got a new Job, and employer is ready to sponser. But, I have little confusion and that is whether I can transfer from my previous H1B in which my I-94 has not been expired yet? Or what should I do?
I appreciate any suggestion.
