Mine is EB3 case and I am from retrogressed country.
My I-140 was approved on November 30, 2004. My priority date is somewhere around Jan 2003.
Now...
When I checked for any LUD change today, mine (and my spouse's) 485 LUDs were changed as of 6/20/2006. Thats fine. But my long approved 1140 LUD was also changed on 06/10/2006.
Why did INS touched my approved 1140 case? Any insight?

Since NSC started pre-adjudication process that they might issue RFE on your I485. I got LUD change a day before my RFE & 3rd FP.

If you are extreamly lucky then it might be an approval....

It just means they looked at your case. If you dod not get a RFE till now, you probably won't. Just have to wait till you PD becomes current.
 
Pretty sure it is a RFE for 485

People in 2003 are getting RFE. If you dont receive the RFE within a week,please call NSC and find about it.

I received an RFE just few days before the retrogression came into effect; that is last week of Dec 2004, asking for the confirmation letter from my employer that they REALLY wanted me. By the time I replied, 1st week of Jan 2005, retrogression is into effect.
Anyway, let see why USCIS touched my case this time.

I am also seeing Lud changes on my 140, 485 and wife's 485 for past 2-3 days but my son's 485 is unchanged. Here is some background.....

Luds are there even after this message.....

I did an address change about 2 weeks ago and got an LUD 1 week after that.
My name check got cleared from FBI last week.

Can this be just due to change of address or an approval :cool: ?

My PD is still retrigressed APR 2002.
