Is it possible to approve before FP2 done on date, inspite of notice for FP2 have been received?

Because, in notice it is mentioned that to ignore notice if already been approved. Any of freind lucky like this ? In my case notice for FP2 received but neither on line message nor LUD changed. Probably FP notice might have trigered directly. RFE already responded on 15 July. But, it was taken 64 days to send responce. Do this effect to late approval ?

Every one's FP notices mention to ignore the notice if already been approved.
If you did not get an approval notice, neither did your case status online changed to "Approved" then do not ignore the FP2 notice, and go get your FP2 done.

Good chances are that your FP2 was send after they received your RFE and saw that nothing else besides FP2 is missing from your case. My status was never updated even when FP2 was send, only after i did my FP2 was it updated to that FP results were received and so on.
