Is it possible to take desire march interview date from mumbai?

Hi Guys!I received email from mumbai consulate saying probable march interview...
Now can I ask them to give me a particular date?Whether they are providing dates like this way or not?what is the procedure for that?

what date was your case created at mumbai? are you AC I140?I too would like a later march date.

My case is created from NVC on Nov.27 it is notAC 140....Pkt.3 sent on 25th dec.
