Is it possible to have LUD on same day of FP?

I had FP appointment today morning (01/09) Last night I checked there was no change to LUD. Upon my coming home @ 2.00 PM, I saw LUD on my case. My appointment was at 10.00 AM and It happened around 10.30. Is it possible to get the LUD on same day? Or the LUD is for something different?

Its possible. I had LUD same day of FP on my previous FP.

My wife took FP code3 in BOS and had LUD 3 hours after in VSC. I remember, that day was a rainy saturday afternoon. I called VSC on the next week and was told that our FP doesn`t go to FBI anymore. Still, we`re stucked in Security Checks for eternity.
