Is it possible to EB3 to EB2

My situation is like this :
1. i got my TN.
2. My lawyer also got my H1 approved.
3. My perm is also done as EB3.

I have mba from canada. unfortunately my job requirment doesn't need mba.

So is it possible to use my old PERM for new EB2 apply. With out redo the PERM again.

No. The LC is EB3, and the job doesn't require a graduate degree in any case.
