According to my current Lawyer my LC got depreciated at the Federal level. It was received on 13th Oct 2000 in Texas Labor Department. Is it possible to change my Attorney.

Yes, it\'s always possible to change attorneys

The new attorney should know how to do it.

No Title

Even I don\'t know, that is according to my Attorney. He even told me for such type of cases they are now processing March 2000. So he said it is better to start a fresh one. I am confused, is it not possible to find out whats wrong in our case from Labor Department.

Yes you can change your attorney

I have done this changed my lawyer at the LC level when it was with the state. There is not problem in doing so.
You and lawyers and your company will have some paper work and it should be ok.
Good Luck.

Joseph, it sounds as if DOL returned your case to the state for processing as a NON-RIR

If this is the case, refiling may not accomplish anything since Regional DOL appears to think the the company\'s recruiting was inadequate or that US workers are really available for the position.
