Is it possible to cancel a pending H1B transfer

For example, if a h1b transfer was recently filed with a new company but the employee wants to and can go back to their old company? Thanks to anyone with info.

you can. you have to contact the uscis and ask to cancel the application.
but if the transfer was approved, you cannot cancel it, but you can still work for your old company as long as the original H1 is valid.
