Is it possible to bring parents while in AP ?

Guys,

I want to bring my parents to US from India. My H1 has expired and I am on AP. I am wondering whether they can get a tourist visa for visiting me in US while I am on AP? I will appreciate the reply....

Also pl. let me know if anyone of you have come across this...

yes, no problem. for proof of valid status include 485 receipt, EAD and letter from employer
